One of Australia’s most reputable Federal Government Agencies is looking to engage an enthusiastic and experienced IT Support / Help Desk Analyst to provide operational support within the department. The successful IT Support / Help Desk Analyst will be offered a minimum 3 month contract with a view to further extend at a premium hourly rate.

The successful IT Support / Help Desk Analyst must have experience in the following;
  • Minimum two years’ experience in a helpdesk / desktop support or similar role;
  • Solid experience with Windows 10;
  • Experience trouble shooting Microsoft office product;
  • Active Directory support knowledge;
  • Knowledge of email, printers, file shares;
  • Ability to communicate across a large range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience with troubleshooting issues
