One of Australia’s most reputable Federal Government Departments is looking to engage enthusiastic and experienced Business Analyst to provide business analysis knowledge and skills to conduct research and in-depth analysis across a range of services within the department. The successful Business Analyst will be offered an initial 6 month contract with a view to further extend at a superb hourly rate.

The successful Business Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to;
  • Creating high level and detailed business requirements
  • Mapping of as-is and to-be system and business processes
  • Writing user stories
  • Documenting business change impacts, risks, business and data requirements
  • Managing business requirements, change control and quality assurance
The successful Business Analyst must have experience in the following;
  • Experience in developing artefacts i.e. business requirements, use cases, user stories, concept design, process maps, process modelling
  • Demonstrated experience in business analysis, human centred design and critical thinking to deconstruct problems
  • Proven experience working as a senior business analyst is advantageous
  • Knowledge and experience using Visio and MS Projects is highly desirable
