The Customer Experience Advisory Lead will be offered an initial 12 Month Contract + Extension at an attractive hourly rate.

The successful Customer Experience Advisory Lead must have experience in the following;
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in top-tier management consulting
  • Demonstrated experience in customer experience across CX strategy, design, economics, measurement and digital
