About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Service Delivery Manager/ Stakeholder Services Manager to assist in the design and implementation of processes assigned to a core product, whilst supporting customers through the BAU/lifecycle. You will work within a skilled global team ensuring the most satisfactory product quality, partnered with a focus on a delivering a quality IT service model, for both new and existing customers. Whilst working for one of the premium telco names, you will secure a minimum 12-month contract from commencement, with the opportunity to secure further work as your service delivery model expands!

The Service Delivery Manager will undertake the following duties within a global team which will include the following;
  • Produce an end to end process delivery model for a core telecommunication product;
  • Manage information technology service strategies, for both new and existing services;
  • Work in partnership with technical design teams to identify and implement standards for hardware, software and security solutions;
  • Work with senior management on recommendations for service improvement plans and;
  • Maintain catalogs of available services and ensure the service delivery team maintains service standards.

The successful Technical Service Delivery Manager/ Stakeholder Services Manager will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience;x
  • Experience in managing service delivery processes in the ICT domain, ideally having supported networking products / telco solutions;
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes being either ITIL certified and or, motivated to working within an ITIL service team;
  • A high level of motivation with a target driven output;
  • Solid stakeholder management skills, along with a great ability to work in a wide range of client environments;
  • Outstanding communication skills, with a passion for driving strategic customer alliances between both internal and external stakeholders.
