A Global Insurance Company and a leader in their field, is seeking a skilled Organisational Change Manager to join their team based in Melbourne. You will bring innovative and effective change solutions to the Transformation program. The successful candidate will secure an initial 5 months contract with renewal options!

You will need to have the following skills and experience:
  • Minimum 3-5 years in organisational change management or similar
  • Outstanding time management and organisational skills are a must.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with project staff and the client at all levels.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment and develop productive working relationships.
  • Effective stakeholder management skills
