A Global Insurance Company and a leader in their field, is seeking a skilled Business Analyst (HRIS Payroll) to translate business requirements into detailed function specifications. You will also be managing requests for changes to the specifications.

You will need to have the following skills and experience:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in a large and complex environment
  • Demonstrated experience in Payroll process/ HR systems
  • Expertise with liaising directly with Business functions to define Business Requirements and Functional requirements that underpin business change programs
  • Experience in Agile
  • Ability in adapting approaches and methodologies to achieve quality & timely solutions for the business
