A Global Insurance Company and a leader in their field, is seeking a Help Desk Consultant who will be responsible for Providing technical support to clients by analysing, identifying, and resolving client issues.

You will need to have the following skills and experience;
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a desktop support or similar role
  • Solid experience with Windows 10 and large enterprise rollouts.
  • Good Communication skills
  • A good understanding System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM).
