A Federal Government Department is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their Digital Products and Platforms (DPP) team. This role involves collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to document business requirements, analyse processes, and support solution design. The initial contract runs until 30 June 2025, with options for two 6-month extensions.

The successful Business Analyst will be responsible for:

• Working with the DPP team and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage technical issues, and ensure that business objectives are met.
• Facilitating workshops and research activities to identify and address pain points, improving solution design.
• Creating project artefacts such as user stories, journey maps, and functional specifications to support the team in understanding and addressing project needs.
• Contributing to solution design that aligns with enterprise architecture, security, and data management for both immediate and future requirements.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of business analysis experience, with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in creating process maps, user stories, and project artefacts.
• Minimum 2 years\' experience with MS Dynamics CRM projects.
