A Federal Government Department is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to drive business process improvements and support strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver critical business solutions and ensure alignment with departmental objectives. This is a 12-month contract with a possible extension.

The successful Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for:

• Leading business requirements gathering, process mapping, and creating actionable deliverables.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure business solutions meet operational needs and improve efficiency.
• Managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring clear communication of project goals and progress.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong background in process improvement and business systems.
• Proven expertise in requirements documentation, process mapping, and Agile methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
