A leading Federal Government agency is seeking experienced EL2 Lead Actuaries to provide expert insights and support key strategic initiatives. These roles will contribute to financial sustainability assessments, policy analysis, and forecasting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply actuarial methodologies to assess scheme costs and financial sustainability.
• Develop and refine valuation models and monitoring reports.
• Provide high-level statistical and actuarial advice to senior stakeholders.
• Extract and analyse data, ensuring quality and relevance for strategic insights.
• Support the development of forecasting models and operational improvements.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Actuarial Studies, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Minimum 10-15+ years of experience in actuarial, financial modelling, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and provide strategic advice to senior leadership.
