Join a major Federal Government agency driving a critical HR transformation program leveraging SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0. This is an exciting opportunity for two experienced Senior Systems Analysts to play a key role in modernising onboarding experiences for both new hires and internal stakeholders. As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will work within the HR and Finance Systems Section supporting the transformation to SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0. You will collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to capture, analyse, and translate requirements into system solutions that integrate seamlessly with the existing SAP landscape. The successful Senior System Analyst will be offered a 12-month contract + possibility of extension, open to ACT or VIC

The successful Senior Systems Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Lead workshops to capture and align business requirements, conduct gap analysis, feasibility assessments, and develop business cases.
• Document and maintain business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and system design documentation.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into system configurations and support planning and rollout activities.
• Produce key program deliverables including risk management plans, status reports, and technical documentations

The successful Senior Systems Analyst will have experience in the following:

• 10+ years’ IT experience with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors implementations and onboarding integration with SAP ECC6/S4 HANA.
• Proven capability in systems design, business analysis, feasibility assessments, and stakeholder management (SFIA Level 5).
• Ability to manage competing priorities while providing expert specialist advice in complex environments.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments highly regarded.
