A leading Federal Government department is looking to engage an experienced API Integration Support Specialist to join a dynamic team to deliver innovative fit-for-need ICT solutions. The successful API Integration Support Specialist will be offered an initial 12 month contract with a 12 month extension!

The successful API Integration Support Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Maintaining and configuring MuleSoft and IBM Connect API’s and applications
• Working closely with level three technical and development teams to investigate and resolve complex incidents
• Collating, analysing and producing customised reports and dashboards
• Monitoring and reporting on end-to-end API health, performance and statistics

The successful API Integration Support Specialist will have experience in the following:

• Extensive experience working with API’s and integration
• Working with Scrum and Agile methodologies
• Working in DevOps environments and configuring/supporting CI/CD functions
• ‘quality-focused’ approach to developing, improving and implementing streamlined processes
