A leading Federal Government Department is seeking skilled and experienced Test Engineers to play crucial roles in enhancing the quality, performance, and functionality of ICT solutions. The successful Test Engineers will secure an initial 12 month contract with the view to be extended for a further 2 years, alongside competitive daily rates and flexible working arrangements.

The successful Test Engineers will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Design, execute, and review complex test cases, ensuring alignment with guidelines and specifications.
• Develop test plans, manage defects, report on activities, and escalate issues to uphold quality standards.
• Lead and mentor small teams, guide junior testers, and collaborate with external vendors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, resolve issues, and enhance processes through test automation and team initiatives.

The successful Test Engineers will have experience in the following:

• Minimum of 2 years of testing experience within large scale public sector environments.
• Strong skills in defect identification, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Hands-on experience with SAP CRM, as well as other relevant systems and tools.
• Experience in mentoring junior team members and contributing to a collaborative work environment.
