enthusiastic and skilled Customer Service Officers / Contact Centre Officers
to work within a diverse team, managing both inbound and outbound calls. The successful candidates will secure a 6-month contract partnered with a 6-month extension option, at a competitive hourly rate The successful Customer Service Officers / Contact Centre Officers will be responsible for, but not limited:
- Inbound/outbound call management
- Email inbox management
- Meeting KPIs with respect to, for example, call volumes, problem resolution and record-keeping
- Contributing to a culture of high performance regarding identifying callers’ needs, clarifying information, assessing issues, and providing solutions and/or alternatives
- Identifying recurring issues, problems, questions and escalating as necessary
