One of Australia’s high profile Federal Government Departments is looking to engage multiple Data Integration Analysts to provide detailed assessments of critical business systems and ensure business value from monitoring solutions. The successful Data Integration Analysts will secure an initial 12 month contract with the view to be extended for a further two years.

The successful Data Integration Analysts will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Lead technical integration of the log aggregator (Splunk ITSI) solution and develop correlation of large data sets for effective event management.
• Working with product development teams to understand system architectures, and services including complex integrations with other systems.
• Analyse and document stakeholder requirements, translating them into specific monitoring Splunk ITSI Service Decomposition objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).

The successful Data Integration Analysts will have experience in the following:

• Extensive experience in identifying and documenting business-related requirements for monitoring solutions
• Proven ability to work with new systems and rapidly understand and document the architecture of the system and its associated operations.
• Experience working with log analytics tools, such as Splunk, Splunk IT Service Intelligence (ITSI), Elastic and Azure Log Analytics, SCOM, AppDynamics, and developing database queries such as SQL Server and Oracle DBMS
