A leading Federal Government department is looking to engage MULTIPLE experienced Mainframe Developers to join a highly skilled team to provide mainframe programming and support services with experience COBOL. The successful Mainframe Developers will be offered an initial 12 month contract with the view to extend for a further 3 years and receive a rewarding hourly rate.

The successful Mainframe Developers will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Provide mainframe programming and support services
• Identifying, creating, and applying software development and security standards and processes
• Provide planning and technical advice for management.

The successful Mainframe Developers will have experience in the following:

• Proven experience in a Mainframe Developer/Designer role using COBOL
• Detailed knowledge of and experience in the design and development software solutions
• Proven analytical abilities with the ability to propose and facilitate change and contribute to business improvement strategies.
