A high-profile Federal Government department is looking to engage an experienced Product Manager / Scrum Master to drive key initiatives within a large Transformation Program. The successful candidate will enable teams to effectively deliver work by setting up and maintaining the measurement processes (effort, complexity, etc) and work visualisation standards for their team. This role offers an initial 12-month contract with the option to extend for another 12 months and a highly competitive hourly rate.

The successful Product Manager / Scrum Mastewill be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Educate others in agile methodologies, techniques, processes and tools
• Identify and analyse risks, issues, opportunities, develop and lead change strategies, and monitor outcomes
• Design and implement agile operating working models and strategies based on localised context and requirement.
• Negotiate deliverables, support levels, and workflows to ensure effective delivery of business outcomes

The successful Product Manager / Scrum Master will have experience in the following:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role within an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of the Digital Service Standard and user-centred design principles.
• Proven experience facilitating program delivery using agile practices, processes and tools
• Relevant qualifications in Product Management, Agile, or SAFe certifications.
