This position is crucial to ensuring Agency Senior Executive staff and partners requirements are met in terms of communication, prioritising, escalating and resolving ICT incidents and requests. This role will be based in Melbourne with the successful IT Support Analyst/Service Desk Analyst securing an initial 12-month contract with a 12-month extension options and a lucrative hourly rate.
