One of Australia's leading Federal Government departments are looking to engage a highly skilled and experienced Training Developer to look after the specification, design and maintenance of all their training materials and resources. The role will be based in Canberra with the successful Training Developer to be offered a 24 month contract with a 12 month extension option.   

The successful Training Developer will be responsible for, but not limited to: 

• Instructional design and content development
• Configuration and testing of all learning environments
• Assessing the use of appropriate current technologies such as audio, video and simulations

The successful Training Developer will have experience in the following:

• Experience with Learning Management Packages
• Ability to document, communicate and manage user training needs
• Experience working with vendors to ensure application specific training materials are fit for purpose
