A leading Federal Government department is looking to engage an experienced Cloud Security Architect to join a highly skilled team responsible supporting the design and implementation of ICT solutions. The successful Cloud Security Architect will be offered a 12-month contract with 2 x 12-month extension option and hybrid working arrangements!

The successful Cloud Security Architect will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Providing technical and non-technical advice to departmental programs in relation to security architecture best practices. 
• Reviewing and providing guidance on application and system integration designs relating to PSPF, ISM and Essential Eight.  
• Raising awareness of security issues with technical and non-technical departmental staff.  

The successful Cloud Security Architect will have experience in the following

• Demonstrated Federal Government experience minimising cyber security vulnerabilities and uplifting cyber security capability through secure by design practices
• Demonstrated experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and services, in particular technical cyber security architecture.
• Demonstrated experience in reviewing and providing cyber architecture guidance on application and system integration designs relating to PSPF, ISM and in particular Essential Eight.
