A leading Federal Government department is looking to engage an experienced ICT Delivery Manager to join a highly multidisciplinary team. The successful ICT Delivery Manager will be responsible for engaging with internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on providing excellent customer service, managing expectations, and delivering outcomes. The successful ICT Delivery Manager will be offered a 12 month contract with 2 x 12 month extension options!

The successful ICT Delivery Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Partner with business areas across the department to deliver high quality digital services and develop strategic future-focused product and hardware roadmaps.
• Research, plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate project or program initiatives. This may include development of workplans to support strategic direction.
• Managing and leading a diverse team, including providing clear and consistent communication, building capability in your team, monitoring work progress and proactively resolving issues.

The successful ICT Delivery Manager will have experience in the following:

• Demonstrated experience in leading cross functional agile project teams delivery critical and complex programs of work.
• Highly developed communication and negotiation skills to ensure the appropriate level of communication, coordination, and collaboration of stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, which may include business partners, cross-agency collaborations, and service providers.
• Familiarity with / and application of project management frameworks/ methodologies such as Agile and Hybrid Agile.
