A leading Federal Government department is looking to engage an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant to join a highly multidisciplinary team. The successful Salesforce Functional Consultant will be assessing business objectives, formulating solution options, and driving stakeholder support. The successful Salesforce Functional Consultant will be offered a 12 month contract with 1 x 12 month extension options!

The successful Salesforce Functional Consultant will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Quickly connect business requirements with the functional capabilities of the Salesforce application.
• Be part of agile delivery, capturing functional requirements, and converting them to Epics and User Stories.
• Lead (or play a key role) in application solution design efforts

The successful Salesforce Functional Consultant will have experience in the following:

• Certified Salesforce Admin 201 with minimum 2-3 years working as a Salesforce Functional Analysts.
• Experience working with Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Vlocity & Communities.
• Business Process mapping/Re-engineering background for B2C & B2B Service processes.
• At least 1 full cycle implementation of a Vlocity solution, healthcare industry area is desirable.
