A leading Federal Government department is looking to engage an experienced Project Managers to join a highly multidisciplinary team. The successful Project Managers will have experience in the management and delivery of complex business and or technical projects. The successful Project Managers will be offered an 12 month contract with 2 x 12 month extension options!

The successful Project Managers will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Experience in mapping dependencies across projects and programs, as well as scheduling initiatives within a program of work.
• Ability to use, adapt, and work across various delivery methodologies.
• Experience in building and prompting program vision and developing a collaborative team culture and approach to delivery of program objectives and benefits.

The successful Project Managers will have experience in the following:

• Demonstrated experience working with and influencing internal and external stakeholders and partners to plan and successfully deliver programs and projects within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
• Ability to use, adapt, and work across various delivery methodologies to successfully deliver program outcomes (such as waterfall, Agile, hybrid)
• Demonstrated experience with program governance, including planning, financials, reporting, risks and issues, dependency management, etc
• Knowledge of Essential Eight, ISM, and Security Maturity requirements will be highly regarded.
