A high profile, large Federal Government Department is seeking to engage MULTIPLE experienced ICT Project Support Officers to join a supportive and high performing team to support the CIO in implementing a major infrastructure and operational transformation. You will report to the Program Lead in assisting with the implementation of various projects. The successful ICT Project Support Officers will be offered an initial 12-month contract partnered with long term extension options.

The successful ICT Project Support Officers will be responsible for, but not limited to;

• Support projects by organising meetings, preparing agenda, collecting packs and distributing materials, taking minutes etc.
• Support Program Lead by updating and maintaining data entry.
• Contribute to the production of various project reports.
• Maintain register risks, issues and decisions

The successful ICT Project Support Officers must have experience in the following;

• Demonstrated experience working within a similar position
• Proven experience in assisting to deliver projects in line with Agile Methodologies
• Ideally experience using various project management tools such as Clarizen, Confluence, Jira and Microsoft Programs
• Ability to work within a geographically dispersed team
