Our Federal Government clients are looking to engage a highly skilled Web Site Content Manager to provide strategic direction, support and advice on the design and operation of this State departments digital communication channels and web applications. The successful Web Site Content Manager will work with the manager in strategic communications and public affairs, Directors and IT project Managers to ensure best practice communications. Our clients are offering long term contracts with the possibility for the role to become permanent.

The successful Web Site Content Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to;

• Managing the alignment of the institutes digital platforms with overarching NSW government apporaches to digital communications. 
• Providing best practice advice for new web content development opportunities across the department. 
• Supporting and maintaining strong working relationships with developers and the manager of applications and platform services in IT. 
• Developing, scoping and managing digital development projects as well as making recommendations for budgeting requirements plus internal and external resources. 

The successful Web Site Content Manager must have experience in the following;

• Appropriate tertiary qualifications and over 8 years experience in digital communications. 
• Understanding and proven experience in undertaking a user- centred approach to digital communications. 
• Extensive web production skills in the fields of communications, marketing, content development and online community development. 
• Experience in managing multimedia production (video/animation), writing for web, including SEO and accessibility requirements.
