An established Federal Government Department is looking for a Benefits Analyst to join a multi-disciplined team based in Brisbane or Sydney. You will be supporting best practice benefits evaluation methodologies to clearly articulate the impact of digital initiatives. The successful Benefits Analyst will be offered an initial 12 month contract with long term extension options!

The successful Benefits Analyst will be responsible for but not limited to:


  • Informing the design of best practice benefit methodologies across the agency
  • Supporting measurement and evaluation management for priority agency initiatives
  • Building an evidence base that can be used to measure and evaluate benefits
  • Supporting the preparation of high quality written communications

The successful Benefits Analyst must have experience in the following

  • Demonstrated experience in applying structured benefits methodologies to complex initiatives
  • Experience in project/delivery management
  • Knowledge of digital health programs/initiatives is highly desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to build strong relationships at all levels
