One of Australia's prime Federal Government departments is looking to engage a skilled Level 2 Technician / Desktop Technician to provide Video Conferencing / Audio Visual Technical Support to the department. The successful Level 2 Technician / Desktop Technician will be offered a 12 month contract with extension options!

The successful Level 2 Technician / Desktop Technician will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Providing Level 2 technical support, using ITSM tools, processes, and governance structures.
• Video conferencing concierge services to end users.
• Configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Cisco video conferencing and audio-visual equipment.

The successful Level 2 Technician / Desktop Technician will have experience in the following:

• Technical Proficiency with Cisco Products.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices relevant to IT service management and operations, particularly in service request fulfilment, incident, and problem management.
• Proven capability in setting up, operating, and troubleshooting a variety of AV equipment and systems, including microphones, speakers, video monitors, projectors, and related technology.
• Competency in documenting processes and incidents accurately and according to organisational standards, facilitating clear communication and compliance with operational requirements.
