A leading Federal Government agency is seeking an experienced Security Architect to support highly specialised, secure environments. This role offers a rare opportunity to work within a highly technical ecosystem. You will be responsible for developing and communicating a multi-dimensional solution architecture to deliver agreed business outcomes. As the Solution Architect, you will influence stakeholder attitudes, decisions, and actions for mutual benefit with the department.

The successful Solution Architect will be responsible for, but not limited to: 

• Managing requirements through the entire delivery and operational life cycle
• Validating systems, products or services against user experience goals, metrics and targets
• Defining, evaluating and describing business change options for financial, technical and business feasibility, and strategic alignment
• Providing leadership, advice and implementation support to assess organisational capabilities

The successful Solution Architect will have experience in the following:

• Demonstrated experience in experience in Solution Architecture ideally within a federal government department 
• Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF, DoDAF/MODAF, NAF, or AUSDEF Architectural Frameworks)
• Understanding of the Australian Government Information Security Manual (ISM)
• Experience with Defence Security Principles Framework (DSPF)
