One of Australia’s leading Federal Government agencies is seeking Multiple Test Engineers to support the delivery of a major ICT cloud modernisation Program. The successful candidate will work within a high-performing ICT delivery team responsible ensuring reliable, secure, repeatable, and compliant delivery of cloud services. The Test Engineers will play a key role in designing, implementing, and executing comprehensive test cases and plans to validate that defined configuration is in place. The successful Test Engineers will be offered an initial contract until 30 June 2026, with a 2x12-month extension. 

The successful Test Engineers will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Design, implement, and execute test cases and plans to validate CI/CD pipelines
• Embed DevSecOps testing practices
• Validate environment configuration management, version control artefacts, and release management processes
• Supporting cloud landing zone and IaC deployments to enable cloud Modernisation initiatives

The successful Test Engineers will have experience in the following:

• Demonstrated experience ensuring secure and repeatable application and infrastructure deployments
• Experience developing and executing test cases and plans to validate CI/CD pipelines
• Strong experience Monitoring and reporting on test execution outcomes, pipeline reliability, system stability, and deployment quality to drive continuous improvement
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to facilitate workshops and translate business needs into technical requirements.
