A leading Federal Government department is seeking 3 x Senior Security Specialist Cyber Advisors to support a major modernisation program delivering secure, enterprise-wide ICT outcomes. These are fantastic opportunities for experienced cyber professionals to work across complex systems, governance and risk activities within a high-impact environment. This exciting opportunity offers a 12 month contract with the view to be extended and secure a rewarding hourly rate.

The successful Senior Security Specialist Cyber Advisors will be responsible for:

• Providing cyber security advice across complex ICT projects and enterprise initiatives
• Developing and reviewing key security documentation, risk assessments and compliance artefacts
• Conducting security reviews and supporting secure solution design activities
• Working closely with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver secure, practical outcomes

The successful Senior Security Specialist Cyber Advisors will have experience in:

• Demonstrated experience working as a Security Specialist inside complex and large-scale ICT projects/programs
• Expert knowledge and experience in undertaking ICT security compliance and cyber security risk assessments
• Demonstrated knowledge of Commonwealth frameworks, including Essential Eight, ISM and PSPF.
• Sound working knowledge of Federal Government security policy.
