A progressive Federal Government Agency is seeking an Associate UX/UI Designer to support the redevelopment of its internal intranet platform. This role will focus on delivering a modern, user-centric digital workspace that improves accessibility, navigation, search functionality and overall staff experience. The successful UX/UI Designer will work closely with communications and technical teams to redesign and enhance an existing SharePoint intranet, ensuring the solution is secure, scalable and aligned to government standards.

The successful Associate UX/UI Designer will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Designing intuitive, accessible UI components aligned to user-centred design principles
• Improving intranet architecture, usability and content experience
• Supporting secure system integration and compliance requirements
• Assisting with release and deployment activities (SFIA Level 3), including logging, documentation and technical records

The successful Associate UX/UI Designer will have experience in the following:

• Experience in UX/UI design within intranet or SharePoint environments
• Strong understanding of accessibility and government digital standards
• Exposure to secure deployment and system integration practices
• Experience supporting Release & Deployment activities
