One of Australia's most progressive Federal Government departments are looking to engage Multiple System Administrators to provide strategic planning and implementation. The successful System Administrators will provide advice and specialist guidance to ensure best use is made of available assets and will be offered a 12-month contract with 2 x12 month extension option.
The successful System Administratorswill be responsible for, but not limited to:
Ensuring quality and security of software capability through appropriate testing and review.
Designing and enhancing structures and tools which meet business requirements.
Engaging with business areas and stakeholders to clarify and fully develop user requirements.
Conducting other software development related tasks within the scope of the stated APS level.
The successful System Administratorswill have experience in the following:
Demonstrated experience with Python or similar experience with other programming languages.
Demonstrated experience using Puppet, Ansible and Docker automation tools.
Demonstrated competence in the use of automation and deployment tools.
Experience in Java software development.
