A leading Federal Government organisation is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to support a major ICT transformation and cyber uplift program. The successful Enterprise Architect will play a critical role in delivering end-to-end architectural leadership across a high-profile, multi-stream program, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy, security frameworks, and modern technology standards within a complex and fast-paced environment.

The successful Enterprise Architect will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Providing enterprise-wide architectural leadership across large-scale transformation programs.
  • Defining and governing target state architectures aligned to organisational strategy and roadmaps.
  • Driving integration across multiple workstreams including applications, infrastructure, and security.
  • Leading cyber security architecture uplift initiatives, ensuring secure-by-design principles are embedded.
  • Delivering and modernising secure developer environments and DevSecOps capabilities.
  • Conducting architecture governance, assurance activities, and design reviews.
  • Identifying and mitigating architectural risks, technical debt, and compliance issues.
  • Engaging with senior stakeholders and providing strategic technical advice and direction.

The successful Enterprise Architect will have experience in the following:

  • Extensive experience as an Enterprise or Program Architect within complex ICT transformation programs.
  • Strong expertise in cyber security architecture across identity, endpoint, network, and cloud domains.
  • Proven experience delivering secure developer environments and DevSecOps practices.
  • Strong knowledge of architecture governance, assurance frameworks, and standards.
  • Experience reducing technical debt and delivering modernisation initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at executive level.
