We are seeking two experienced Senior Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineers to join a leading Federal Government Department. The successful Senior Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineers will support enterprise data and analytics platforms, delivering cloud infrastructure solutions using Infrastructure as Code while working across modern Azure technologies and advanced analytics environments. You will be offered an initial 12 month contract with the view to extend for a further 2 years and receive a rewarding hourly rate.

The successful Senior Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineers will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Designing, developing and implementing Azure cloud infrastructure solutions for data and analytics workloads
• Deploying and managing infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices
• Supporting Azure services including Databricks, Data Factory, Web Apps and Logic Apps
• Implementing cloud security controls across networking, IAM and policy management functions
• Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver advanced analytics, AI and cloud platform solutions 

The successful Senior Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineers will have:

• Experience designing, building and supporting cloud-hosted infrastructure, platform and software services
• Strong Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of Azure security capabilities including Identity & Access Management, networking and policy controls
• Experience working on data and analytics projects involving Data Engineering, Storage or Data Science
• Experience working within Agile multidisciplinary teams, with Databricks, Microsoft Fabric or similar platforms highly regarded
