We are seeking two experienced Senior UX/UI Designers to join a leading Federal Government Agency delivering impactful digital services. The successful Senior UX/UI Designers will play a key role in designing accessible, user-centred experiences across internal and customer-facing platforms, helping drive digital transformation and improved outcomes for end users. You will be offered an initial 12 month contract with a further 12 month extension option and receive a rewarding hourly rate. 

The successful Senior UX/UI Designers will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Designing user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma
• Facilitating workshops, usability testing and co-design activities with stakeholders
• Contributing to scalable design systems, accessibility standards and UX best practices
• Gathering user requirements and translating concepts into intuitive digital experiences
• Collaborating with business, product and technical teams to deliver quality design outcomes 

The successful Senior UX/UI Designers will have:

• 3+ years\' experience delivering UX/UI design outcomes across complex environments
• Strong experience with Figma, wireframing, prototyping and design workflows
• Proven knowledge of contemporary UX/UI methodologies and human-centred design principles
• Experience designing accessible solutions aligned with WCAG standards
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and communication skills
