An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Automated Tester (Automated Test Engineer) to join a major digital transformation program. This role will see you working across innovative platforms including cloud-hosted applications, mobile, and CRM solutions, embedding automation testing practices that drive quality and efficiency. The successful Automated Tester will be offered an initial 12-month contract with a 12-month extension, with flexible hybrid work arrangements available across multiple states and territories.
The successful Automated Tester will be responsible for, but not limited to:
• Implementing robust automation frameworks for UI, API, and backend testing, with a strong focus on accessibility.
• Driving in-sprint automated test delivery to support Agile workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Developing and executing automated and manual test scenarios using Playwright, Selenium, and Cucumber.
• Contributing to the continual improvement of automation practices and supporting test capability uplift.
To be successful, the Automated Tester will demonstrate:
• Proven experience delivering automated testing as part of a DevOps team with CI/CD integration.
• Hands-on expertise with Playwright, Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, and CI tools such as Jenkins or Bamboo.
• Strong skills in REST API testing, including Salesforce and MuleSoft solutions.
• Minimum 5 years’ test automation experience, with a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related technical field.
