A leading Federal Government department is seeking multiple Senior Test Analysts to support financial analysis and reporting activities within a critical cyber and intelligence agency. The successful Senior Test Analyst will bring expertise in an Agile software development/delivery environment. The Senior Test Analysts will be offered an initial 12-month contract with 2x 12-month extension, open to candidates in QLD, ACT & VIC with flexible hybrid work arrangements available.

The successful Senior Test Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Design and execute test plans with traceability to project requirements.
• Develop and maintain test scripts, regression packs, and automate testing where feasible.
• Define testing environment, data, and tool requirements, and perform test execution using agreed standards.
• Record results, manage defects, and support resolution with the delivery team.

The successful Senior Test Analyst will have experience in the following:

• Demonstrated experience in user acceptance, functional, non-functional, and process testing
• Strong skills in developing, automating, and executing test cases
• Ability to configure and manage test environments aligned to production standards
• Knowledge of risk-based testing approaches and test management tools
