A leading Federal Government division is seeking an experienced Manager Digital Sourcing Advisor to support major digital procurement transformation initiatives. This opportunity plays a key role in uplifting procurement capability, shaping digital sourcing practices, and delivering strategic advice to senior stakeholders. The successful Manager Digital Sourcing Advisor will support advancement of contemporary sourcing pathways and contribute to the ongoing improvement of value-for-money outcomes across government portfolios. The position offers an initial 6-month contract with two 6-month extension options, open to applicants in ACT or NSW, with flexible hybrid working arrangements.

The successful Manager Digital Sourcing Advisor will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Providing expert advice on digital sourcing policy, frameworks, and procurement pathways
• Driving capability uplift and supporting continuous improvement across sourcing practices
• Advising stakeholders on procurement governance, risks, and value-for-money strategies
• Preparing strategic sourcing documentation, briefs, and guidance materials

To be successful, the Manager Digital Sourcing Advisor will have experience in:

• Government procurement frameworks (CPRs, PGPA Act, AAIs)
• Providing strategic sourcing and commercial advice for ICT/digital programs
• Stakeholder engagement and building strong cross-agency relationships
• Delivering high-quality executive briefs and supporting capability uplift initiatives
