A prominent Federal Government agency is seeking an experienced Audio Video Service Manager to support the organisation’s enterprise video conferencing and calling environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of AV, telephony and conferencing services, ensuring seamless communication experiences across the department. The successful Audio Video Service Manager Expert will work onsite in Canberra, supporting high-profile meetings, managing critical VC assets, and maintaining stable, secure collaboration systems. The Audio Video Service Manager Expert will be offered an initial 12-month contract with two 12-month extensions.

The successful Audio Video Service Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Administering MS Teams, Cisco VC endpoints, Lightware devices and legacy WebEx platforms.
• Providing concierge support for meetings and events, delivering technical assistance to users.
• Managing AV/VC assets, resolving incidents, and coordinating hardware repairs and replacements.
• Supporting VC and AV installation projects, including oversight of third-party providers.

To be successful, the Audio Video Service Manager will demonstrate:

• Demonstrated experience supporting MS Teams calling, Cisco systems, Lightware, WebEx and AV/telephony technologies.
• Proven troubleshooting capability across VC hardware, network issues, platform faults and telephony systems.
• Prior experience delivering similar services within Australian Government environments and understanding of security and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach and the ability to engage professionally with stakeholders.
