A leading Federal Government program is seeking experienced Business Change Managers to join a dynamic team delivering strategic change initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to shape business transformation and ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes across a complex environment. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, project teams, and executives to embed change and deliver measurable benefits. The successful Business Change Managers will be offered an initial 12-month contract with two 12-month extensions, based in ACT with onsite arrangements available.

The successful Business Change Managers will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans
• Design and deliver communications, training, and stakeholder engagement initiatives
• Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations to guide business units
• Monitor and report on adoption, benefits realisation, and performance outcomes

To be successful, the Business Change Managers will demonstrate:

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end change management within complex environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication planning skills
• Expertise applying change frameworks (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, or similar)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
