A prominent Federal Government program is seeking an experienced Senior Service Delivery Manager to support a major uplift of service delivery frameworks and operational processes. This is an exciting opportunity to drive improvements across critical functions, streamline business processes, and support the delivery of key capability uplift initiatives. The successful Senior Service Delivery Manager will lead process optimisation, documentation uplift, and collaboration across service areas to enhance performance and stakeholder experience. The successful candidate will be offered an initial 12-month contract with a 2x 12-month extension, based onsite in Canberra.

The successful Senior Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Reviewing and improving systems, procedures and methodologies to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Leading key uplift initiatives, including new training programs and standardised service documentation.
• Coordinating with internal teams to enhance service tools and support security and assurance needs.
• Identifying service delivery improvement opportunities and ensuring actions are implemented on time.

To be successful, the Senior Service Delivery Manager will demonstrate:

• At least 5 years’ experience in Government, Security, Intelligence or operational environments.
• Strong background in streamlining business processes and delivering service improvement outcomes.
• Proven ability to independently manage priorities, projects and complex service functions.
• Demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills with experience developing management strategies.
