An innovative Federal Government Agency is looking to engage 4 x ICT Programme Managers (Program Managers) to provide strategic oversight and leadership for the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs. The role ensures alignment with organisational objectives, oversight of project governance, and effective vendor and stakeholder management. The ICT Programme Managers (Program Managers) will secure a 12-month contract with a 2x 12-month extension option, in a hybrid working arranagement.

The ICT Programme Managers (Program Managers) will be responsible for but not limited to;

• Managing interdependencies in support of specific project or program outcomes, business benefits and objectives.
• Maintaining a strategic view over projects, deliver monthly reporting, highlighting financial, milestone, and achievement updates & providing insights for program delivery.
• Supporting project managers & engaging in governance, delivery processes & forums
• Supporting project managers in determining, monitoring, and reviewing program scope, costs, schedule and expected benefits
• Ensuring program activities adhere to DFAT IMD governance standards and practices

The ICT Programme Managers (Program Managers) will have experience in the following:

• Minimum of 5 years delivering IT projects of various size and complexity, applying a variety of delivery approaches.
• Prior experience managing multiple projects or managing programs
• Working in complex ICT environments.
• Experience leading teams and/or coaching staff
• Complementary or extension certification in Agile, BABOK, ISTQB, Risk Management, Benefits Management, DMBOK etc.
