A prominent Federal Government agency is seeking experienced Senior ServiceNow Platform Application & Systems Developers to join their expanding Digital & ICT division. This is an exciting opportunity to support and enhance a large-scale ServiceNow environment that underpins critical business operations across the organisation. The successful Senior ServiceNow Developer will work across platform administration, configuration, workflow optimisation, security hardening, and integration support. This long-term engagement offers an initial 12-month contract with 2 × 12-month extension options, hybrid arrangements in the ACT, and the chance to make a meaningful contribution to a high-visibility service environment.

The Senior ServiceNow Platform Developer will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Administering the ServiceNow platform including roles, user/group management, integrations and performance tuning

• Configuring and extending ServiceNow modules using out-of-the-box capabilities and low/no-code enhancements

• Managing instance lifecycle across lower and production environments, including security hardening and compliance

• Leading knowledge transfer, documentation, training and uplift activities across support teams and business user

To be successful, the Senior ServiceNow Developer will demonstrate:

• 3+ years’ experience administering and configuring ServiceNow across multiple modules

• Relevant ServiceNow certifications and strong technical capability across platform modules

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across business and ICT teams

• Ability to produce high-quality documentation, follow standards, and contribute to platform best-practice
