We are seeking 4 Solution Architects to join a high-performing Federal Government Department. The successful Solution Architects will play a key role in developing high-quality architecture artefacts, supporting project delivery and managing technology risks.

The successful Solution Architects will secure an initial contract until 30 June 2027 + 2x12 month extensions, based in ACT, QLD, VIC, NSW with flexible working arrangements.

The Solution Architects will be responsible for but not limited to;

• Developing conceptual, logical, and physical solution architecture artefacts
• Delivering Security Impact Assessments and High-Level Solution Designs
• Working with project teams to deliver target state solutions and manage technology risks
• Ensuring architecture artefacts align with enterprise architecture standards and governance boards
• Building strong stakeholder relationships across executives, business teams and delivery teams

The Solution Architects will have experience in the following:

• Experience developing solution architecture, system design and software design artefacts
• Experience supporting business process improvement and enterprise architecture activities
• Ability to assess architecture options, trade-offs, risks, scalability, and security impacts
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across technical and business environments
• Ability to produce architecture decisions, roadmaps, reports, and governance documentation
