An established Federal Department is looking to engage an experienced Platform Engineering Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of integration platform capabilities. The successful Platform Engineering Delivery Manager will drive the success of agile, multi-disciplinary teams while enabling effective collaboration across stakeholders in ACT. This is a long-term initial 12 months contract with the view to extend for a further 12 months.

The Successful Platform Engineering Delivery Manager will be responsible for but not limited too;

• Develop and refine team strategies for effective planning, monitoring, reporting, and outcomes to deliver tangible business value.
• Partner with Product Management, Product owners and Scrum Masters to define, manage, and coordinate team objectives for each program increment.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executive-level staff.
• Apply knowledge of quality assurance, information management systems, and change control processes to coordinate quality reviews of documentation and processes.

The successful Platform Engineering Delivery Manager will have experience in the following:

• Extensive experience driving the delivery of technical projects and platform capabilities in agile environments as a Delivery Manager.

• Experience delivering technical projects in a Government environment and Proficiency in automation and scripting languages (i.e. PowerShell, Azure CLI) to manage resources efficiently.
• Lead and coach team members to enhance their delivery and professional expertise while fostering a culture of continuous improvement to promote a high performing team culture

• Proven experience in delivering digital integration platforms using SaaS products, particularly MuleSoft or API management platforms.
