We are seeking experienced Customer Service Officers/ Service Support Officer to join a dynamic and inclusive team delivering high-quality administrative and operational support in a national service environment. These roles are available in Mt Gravatt QLD, Lismore NSW, Hobart TAS, Melbourne VIC, and Elizabeth SA, with flexible work arrangements including part-time and job-sharing options. As a Customer Service Officer / Service Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting service delivery teams by providing frontline customer service and a broad range of administrative functions. These positions offer a 12 month contract with the possibility of extension.

The successful Customer Service Officers/ Service Support Officer will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Provide high-quality frontline support as the first point of contact via phone, email, SMS, and in person, including appointment scheduling and client record management.
  • Deliver comprehensive administrative support across service streams, including data entry, correspondence, and workflow coordination.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events, meetings, and internal programs.
  • Support operational functions such as travel arrangements, invoice processing, reporting, and compliance with workplace policies.

The successful Customer Service Officers/ Service Support Officer must have:
