One of Australia's most progressive Federal Government departments are looking to engage Multiple Project manager’s to delivery inflight government initiatives across the department. The successful project managers will coordinate the delivery of projects across Intelligence, corporate and enabling services and will be offered a 12 month contract with 2x12 month extension option.  

The successful Project Managers will be responsible for, but not limited to: 

• Mapping dependencies across projects and programs, as well as scheduling initiatives 
• Working with and influencing internal and external stakeholders and partners to plan and successfully deliver programs 
• Developing and presenting Board papers and briefing materials for SES audiences.
• Managing procurement processes to successfully engage and manage 3rd party vendors. 

The successful Project Managers will have experience in the following:

• Demonstrated Project Management experience in delivery of complex business and/or technical projects.
• Demonstrated experience with program governance, including planning, financials, reporting, risks and issues, dependency management, etc
• Ability to build and lead several multi-disciplinary teams to effectively deliver results and positively respond to change
• Experience in developing and presenting Board papers and briefing materials SES audiences
