A prominent Federal Government department is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of commercial and private cloud solutions within a nationally significant innovation environment. This exciting opportunity offers a 12-month contract with two 12-month extension options. The successful Service Delivery Manager will bring expertise in service delivery.

The successful Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Direct and support providers, monitor service quality, and implement improvements.
• Maintain the Service Catalogue, SLAs, and OLAs as needed.
• Engage stakeholders and share relevant technical and business information.
• Ensure compliance with security and change policies, manage incidents, and support continuity planning.

The successful Service Delivery Manager will have experience in the following:

• Proven ability to lead business process improvements through analysis, design, and implementation of technology-enabled solutions.
• Strong service performance monitoring skills, with experience applying service standards and resolving issues.
• Demonstrated leadership in guiding teams, allocating tasks, and coaching staff to build capability and collaboration.
• Expertise in managing end-to-end technology service delivery, ensuring quality, compliance, and alignment across teams.
• Experience leading innovation initiatives and managing service delivery pipelines, including SLA negotiation and scalable service design.
