A leading Federal Government department is looking to engage an experienced Vlocity Developer / Senior Salesforce Developer to join a highly multidisciplinary team. The successful Vlocity Developer / Senior Salesforce Developer will contribute to a major digital transformation program, delivering robust, scalable Salesforce-based solutions in a dynamic agile environment. This role is available Australia-wide and offers hybrid working arrangements for an initial 12 months contract, with a further 12 month extension. 

The successful Vlocity Developer / Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Vlocity solutions using Apex, LWC, Omniscripts, Flexcards, and DataRaptors.
• Ensure high-quality, reusable, and performant code through design reviews and adherence to coding standards.
• Support end-to-end deployment across environments, including Production, and contribute to CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Collaborate in agile scrum teams, participating in daily stand-ups and iterative delivery cycles.
• Mentor team members and foster knowledge sharing to build technical capability across the team.

The successful Vlocity Developer / Senior Salesforce Developer will have experience in the following:

• Proven, extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Vlocity (Omnistudio), Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and advanced integration tools such as REST APIs and Platform Events.
• Certified in Salesforce Platform Developer I & II and Omnistudio Developer, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Proficient in source control tools (e.g., GitLab), package-based development, and agile delivery methodologies.
• Familiarity with Atlassian Jira, VSCode, and DevOps practices including CI/CD and test automation.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple Salesforce CRM projects, with a passion for accessible and inclusive design.
