A leading Federal Government agency is seeking Multiple Business Analysts to join a large-scale ICT transformation and system enhancement program. These roles will support the analysis, design, and delivery of business solutions across complex environments, working with both in-house and vendor-developed systems. The successful candidates will secure long-term contracts offering stability, exposure to enterprise-level ICT systems, and opportunities to contribute to departmental reform and innovation. The Business Analysts will be offered a 12-month contract + 2 x 12 month extensions, open to ACT.

The successful Business Analysts will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Conducting end-to-end business analysis, producing artefacts such as as-is/to-be process maps, user stories, and functional/non-functional requirements.
• Facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to gather, define, and validate business needs.
• Supporting benefits realisation, feasibility assessments, and business process improvement initiatives.
• Working collaboratively within Agile delivery teams using tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Preparing high-quality documentation and contributing to continuous improvement of business analysis practices.

The successful Business Analyst will have experience in the following:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in ICT business analysis within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience engaging with multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple intersecting projects and business areas.
• Highly developed analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Relevant training or certifications such as BABOK v3, BPMN, or Business Process Modelling qualifications.
